About the Class

Come try out a beginner-friendly introduction to Acroyoga!  Acroyoga is a combination of yoga and partner acrobatics, where you work on building the balance, strength, and trust in your own body, as well as trust in others to be able to do amazing things!  In each class we will cover... Stretch & warm up to work your core (including hips and shoulders) Authentic relating skills Learn the fundamental ninja skills of Acroyoga Partner stretch/thai massage cool down!

Special Instructions

Please wear tight fitting workout clothes with minimal pockets/loose parts to avoid getting toes and fingers caught :)
