Time to take aerial pole to new heights! Join our coaches as we teach you how to fly through the air in different movement patterns, learning and linking more difficult pole skills together with smooth, beautiful control. Prerequisites: Climb to top and back down Can hold forearm bracket for 10s Controlled invert from floor Inverted crucifix hold Jasmine to side V Ability to create a small but smooth spin and orbit Examples of skills we will learn/cover: * Inside/outside leg hangs, hip hold variations, tammy, basic butterfly, meat hook, shoulder mount, brass monkey, froggie, reiko. * Improved movement understanding and control: more precise spin, orbit and swing entries for increase speed and power with smoother movement, how to control the movement better in the air. We will cover moves and combinations on a moving (spinning, swinging, orbiting) aerial pole.

We will choose wich to rig based on what will be covered and attendees. For the chrome pole you will need short shorts and mid torso (hips to ribs), armpit, and arm skin available (e.g. sports bra or no shirt). For the gripped poles you can wear the above for skin grip, or leggings/bodysuit but if so the clothing will have to fit very snug without excessive stretch.
