Competitive Aerials: 7-12 Yrs

About the Class

Description:  A-Stars is Gravity's Competitive 1/2 Year program. This 6-month committment is for youth who are interested in competing.   Booking Process: Once you buy either the Membership in the Store or book 1 class, you have no additional bookings to make. Our team will know to expect you weekly.    Additional Details: Just like our Recreational Youth Class, students learn Silks, Sling, & Lyra, but the expectation is that students are dedicated in building routines over 3 minutes long.    Regional Competition: We will assist students in applying and preparing for the regional Aerialympics which are in April in Season 1 (January through June) and September in Season 2 (July through December). Competition is not required but strongly encouraged, and the application fee is separate from Gravity membership.   Showcase: In addition to regional competition, currents members are offered an opportunity to perform in studio showcases when they are scheduled.   Required Attire & Water: Students must wear a leggings and a tee to class, and bring shorts and a full water bottle. Students not wearing leggings might be provided appropriate gear and their account charged $10 per instance.    Attendance: Attendance is every week. Email info@gravitydistrict.com by one day prior to class start if you cannot attend. Not coming to class does not negate your contract or remove your financial liability. Should a random miss happen due to illness or other emergent reason on your end, email us to see if we may be able to determine a makeup option.    Instructor Class Level Discretion: If you sign up for this package and your child is not competition-oriented, Gravity holds the discretion to move your child to the appropriate class at our accord and determine the financial change at that time.
