First and foremost I am a follower of Jesus, husband to my beautiful wife Nikkie and father to our 3 wonderful children.~I have always enjoyed sports and being physically active. In my mid 20's life started to happen and I began to realize how unhealthy I really was. I did not go out and make huge life changes immediately. I changed 1 thing.... ONE healthy habit lead to TWO. 6 years later and 50lbs down I wanted others to experience life the way I now experienced it. My entire life I have loved helping others. Jokingly my teenage friends referred to me as "Life Coach". Truth be told it frustrated me, I just wanted my friends to reach a higher potential than what they saw in themselves. Not realizing the childhood nickname was foretelling.
