About the Class

Run Speed Performance (RSP) Youth, speed and agility class provides 8 - 13 year-old kids a training platform designed to enhance the youth physical skills thru fitness and overall sports performance training methods. The training program focuses on developing proper running and sprint biomechanics, increasing kids overall speed, agility, and explosiveness.   Training Provided by Olympian Jonathan “Coach J”
