Run Speed Performance (RSP) youth track class provides track athletes advacnced innovative training methods. Designed to improve running biomechanics, speed, power output, stride length, cardio/stamina, and strength. RSP Olympic-level training methods is created by Olympian Jonathan Johnson, who has over 11+ years' experience working and developing youth track athletes. RSP program has helped youth athletes achieve a competitive edge over competition. And has help athletes advance thru districts, area, and regional competition. While helping others get to state and national championships; and moving on to continue running at the collegiate level. RSP track class is great for all youth athletes between the age of 11 -18 yrs old. We welcome all skill levels. Talk to our coach J about event-specific training. We offer 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m, 3200m, and cross-country preparation. Running Biomechanics training to run and sprint more efficiently. Speed Development improves faster turnover and ground reaction time. Strength helps create stronger muscles for greater force output. Improve Stamina increases aerobic capacity to improve longer runs. Power develop explosiveness for greater stride length per foot strike. This program is offered to assist with college prep or improve a runner's speed during the Fall and Winter off-season. During the Summer and Spring, we focus on block starts, interval training, race strategy preparation and guidance. Get your runner ready for the next level.
