About the Class

(All Levels) Hips, Splits, Back, & Shoulders Whether you're brand new to bending or a seasoned bender this class will take your bend-ability to new heights through targeted warm ups & stretches using a variety of active, passive, & assisted methods to safely expand your bending capabilities. We alternate every class from Middles/Straddles, Front Splits, & Backs & Shoulders. Depending on the pose it may be a mixture but sure to be helpful.

Special Instructions

What to Wear: Layers are recommended so as you warm up you can shed layers as needed. Leggings, shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, sports bras, socks, & anything you're fine with sweating in. What to Bring: WATER BOTTLE!
