ALL LEVELS. You will be taught proper techniques around floor based inversions such as headstands, forearm stands, handstands, shoulder stalls, and more. You will build strength, stability, balance, and confidence around the varieties of upside down poses, positions, and movements with your body.
What to Wear: Layers are recommended so as you warm up you can shed layers as needed. Leggings, shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, sports bras, socks, & anything you're fine with moving & sweating in. What to Bring: WATER BOTTLE!
