About the Class

Introductory Pole class for beginners. You will learn a base foundation around the pole including different grips, spins, climbs, skin condition, and body awareness.  You will learn proper technique, safety, and strength building exercises to assist you in your continuing pole journey with Pole 1 Prerequisites. What to Wear: Form Fitting, Supportive, and minimum coverage athletic wear as skin is needed to grip onto the pole (Tank tops, sports bras, short shorts). DO NOT WEAR: Lotion/Oils day of class as it prevents sticking to the pole. Jewelry such as bracelets, rings, anklets, or necklaces. Clothing with portruding or sharp solid pieces such as zippers or buttons as it can be damaging to self and equipment. You may be required to share an apparatus with 1 other person, depending on capacity.
