An extension of our popular “SilverSneakers” program, Forever
Fit is for those members who want a little extra! You still move at
your own pace, but there will be additional variations allowing you
to push yourself to grow and improve! Join us as we prove that
silver is just a color and fit is a lifestyle!

Classes

Forever Fit

Fit-N-Wise Rehabilitation and Performance Center has plenty of
options to keep you active and healthy. The 72,000 square-foot
facility features group exercise rooms and a yoga room in addition
to three pools: a lap pool, a group exercise pool, and an outdoor
pool. The facility also features a dry and steam sauna to help
relax and relieve soreness. The mezzanine level boasts an expanded
cardio area and an indoor track above the multi-purpose gym area.
The facility also has a food court with additional access by a food
service window to the outdoor pool. For members with children, the
facility features the Fit Y.O.U.T.H. Child Center with activities
aimed at keeping children active and up and moving around while you
get your workout in.
