Sweat Barre is a dynamic workout that blends strength training, Pilates, yoga, and ballet-inspired movements to sculpt and strengthen. No dance experience needed. Designed for all fitness levels, ages, and abilities, with options to help beginners feel confident and seasoned participants challenged. We'll spend half the class at the Barre, and the other at the center floor, targeting total-body fitness. Expect to build strength, improve flexibility, and leave feeling energized!
Shoes are not allowed in the dance studio, so please wear sticky socks or bare feet for class. This class will be held at Central Texas Youth Ballet, 707 W. Highway 290, Dripping Springs, TX 78620.
