This class mixes functional and traditional strength training exercises with quick cardio blasts to keep things dynamic and help with muscle endurance, core strength, and injury prevention! We'll use a total body approach; targeting different muscle groups simultaneously to tone and keep your body fit and your heart healthy. Finish with a pilates-inspired core workout and a stretch cooldown to regain flexibility in your body and clarity in your mind.
This class will be held at SharpFitness, 400 W. Hwy 290, Suite B103, Dripping Springs, TX 78620. Please wear athletic footwear and bring water to stay hydrated.
