A former player at the AA level in Puerto Rico, Giancarlo represented his hometown across the U.S., gaining valuable experience and building a passion for the game.He coached high school varsity baseball and softball teams in Puerto Rico for three years, and later moved his talents to Miami where he coached teams in the ages of 6u-14u. With more than 12 years of experience as a professional baseball coach, he is known for helping young athletes grow in skill, confidence, and love for the game.Giancarlo is the Owner & CEO of GA Baseball Specifics & Conditioning, a personal training academy focused on one-on-one athlete development, and also runs Next Level Baseball Academy, a competitive travel organization for players ages 6U–14U.His mission is simple: develop disciplined, confident, and skilled athletes—on and off the field.
