Elevate
Fitness is a women's faith-based studio that offers fun,
effective ways to move! We empower women to partner
with God for their health and wholeness, and be restored, heart,
body, and destiny!
Bungee and
trampoline fitness are both low-impact, core-strengthening, FUN
forms of cardio! Our Body&Soul Dance Blast & Strength and
Strength&Flexibility classes are our floor classes (done
outside of the bungee/trampoline).
Whether you
are just starting out or are just looking for something different,
we have a class that will leave you smiling (and
sweaty)!
