Elevate Jesus
is a women's faith-based studio that offers fun,
effective ways to move! We empower women to partner
with God for their health and wholeness, and be restored; heart,
body, and destiny!
Bungee and
trampoline fitness are both low-impact, core-strengthening, FUN
forms of cardio! Our strength classes are our floor classes (done
outside of the bungee/trampoline).
Whether you
are just starting out or are just looking for something different,
we have a class that will leave you smiling (and
sweaty)!
