Whether you are a seasoned pole dancer or an aerial enthusiast, flying pole combines both pole dance and aerial sports to create an exciting experience. The pole is rigged only on the top with no mounted base to allow for dynamic movement of swaying and orbiting. In this class we do conditioning exercises to get comfortable working on the apparatus and learn to create shapes and combinations on this unique apparatus. Class level: Intermediate Prerequisites: Previous pole and/or aerial apparatus experience required. Must be able to climb and invert. Dress code: This class uses silicon poles, so pants/leggings and a shirt that covers the shoulders are recommended. (Can you bring your own pole?) We ask that each student signing up for this series email caicircus@gmail.com and request bringing their pole before bringing it.
