This virtual class will view our 6:45 PM CST Hand Balancing class in our home studio. Class level: Beginner / Intermediate This class is designed for both new and developing hand balancers who want to strengthen their foundation and expand their practice. We’ll focus on the basics and fundamentals of hand balancing, including alignment, strength, and body awareness. From there, we’ll explore and play with different positions and shapes, building confidence and creativity upside down. Whether you’re working toward your first freestanding hold or refining your balance and control, this class will support your progress at any level.
Students participating virtual are reccomended to have this equipment handy: - Solid working floor surface (i.e. concrete, wood, dance floor) - Access to a wall sturdy enough for weight - 1 - 2x yoga blocks - 1 Foam Roller - 1 Looped elastic band or theraband All classes must be cancelled within 4 HOURS to class start time. In failure to do so, Clients purchasing a “Drop-in Pass or 8 Class Package” will not be refunded or credited their missed class & clients with the “Unlimited Circus” Membership are subject to a $25 charge to their account. Along with our cancellation policies, all classes must be booked before the 4HR time period leading up to the session start time. In failure to do so, will result in the session being unavailable to book.
