

Our Small Group Family Training program is designed for families looking to stay active, build strength, and create lasting healthy habits—all in a fun and supportive environment. Work alongside an experienced personal trainer in the comfort of your home, with customized workouts tailored to each family member’s needs and fitness level.
1. Session Structure: Designed for up to 4-6 family members training together. Sessions will be tailored to accommodate all fitness levels and goals. Activities will be fun, engaging, and age-appropriate where necessary. 2. Attendance & Scheduling: Please confirm which family members will be attending each session. We recommend consistent attendance to maximize results and flow. Rescheduling or cancellations must follow our standard 24-hour policy. 3. Location Details: Sessions take place in-home or at a mutually agreed-upon location (please confirm address and access details before your first session). Make sure there is a clear, safe space for training—roughly 8x8 feet is ideal. 4. Equipment: Trainers will bring portable equipment, but feel free to use any gear you already have at home. Please have water and towels available for each participant. 5. Communication: If there are any special needs, injuries, or goals for each family member, let your trainer know during the fitness consultation. Ongoing communication with your trainer is encouraged to make adjustments as needed.
