This class is designed to let loose, free flow, and have fun while listening to the music and getting in a sweat. Flow hard to the latest beats from your favorite artist in this 60 minute. Special Instructions
Bring a yoga mat and water. Make sure to drink plenty of water leading up to the class. If you don't have a yoga mat we have ones for rent ($3).
