Power Flow A fitness-based approach to a Vinyasa style flow styled by unique teachers and exciting music. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with an athletic and mindful flow, producing a beautiful, flowing pattern of motion and energy. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, physical and mental stamina all in one class. A common misconception is this style of yoga is reserved only for the most advanced students. Just show up, your body and mind will learn and respond to the movements, making them a bit easier each time. You don’t have to be a highly skilled and experienced yogi to practice Power Flow. All you need is the willingness to open your mind and body to a highly energetic and movement-oriented practice. 60 Minutes. (Avg temp 104 Humidity 65%)
