The program combines speed, agility and strength training with a comprehensive throwing program promoting arm health, mechanics and conditioning with Nomad Baseball and their coaches. Players will go through one hour of speed, agility and strength training and one hour of throwing drills to get improve throwing efficiency and velocity. The monthly program follows a year-round schedule built to complement players in-season and off-season schedules.
Players must attend the Sports Performance portion the same day to participate in the Throwing portion of the Performance Plus Program.
