Pitched four years at UT Dallas with 62 appearances and 78 innings pitched posting a 4.50 ERA over his career.  All-Conference as a freshman on the Comets' ASC Championship team leading the team in appearances and finished 4th in career saves and 4th in career appearnces.   Jake was named UTD Pitcher of the Year and was the conference leader in saves in 2025 with a 0.45 ERA allowing only one earned run in 20 innings over 16 appearances as a senior.  He finished his career without allowing an earned run in 19 of his last 20 outings.Three-time all-district honoree while at Plano East High School...earned first team all-district honors as a senior...two-year team captain...tabbed second team Academic All-State...three-time academic all-district selection and played four years of high school summer ball under Jack Sharp and Sam Carpenter for the Dallas Mustangs.Jake speciallizes in pitching mechanics, hitting and fielding and is available Monday-Fridays for lessons.
