AcroYoga - Prep for Level 2

About the Class

(This will eventually become a Level 2 class.) You've masted the basic techniques of AcroYoga - Level 1 and now you're ready to add more tricks to your bag! A new skill or washing machine is taught every week. You'll never be bored, always challenged and safety remains a key priority throughout class. Focus on fun entrances, exits and transitions. You're already an addict... this class will make you an acro junkie.  *Prerequisites include pass-offs from AcroYoga - Level 1.

Special Instructions

No partner needed, but be prepared to work with others. Flyers, wear tight fitted clothing that won't get stuck on your base's feet, be prepared to invert, so wear tight fitted tops that won't open up, and no zippers/buttons/sequins. Bases, any tops are fine, wear stretchy pants or shorts that will allow you to have your legs in the air, and bring socks as certain moves are easier with them on. Sometimes bases become flyers, and vice versa, so consider something you can wear for both roles. We don't want anyone attending class to feel uncomfortable by what others wear, so we appreciate your higher level of modesty.
