Handstands - Prep for Level 2

About the Class

(This class will eventually become a Level 2 class.) You've come to realize the strength, balance, flexibility and confidence  your handstand practice has brought you, and you worked hard in Handstands - Level 1 to get here. It's time to level up with a variety of arm balances and one arm handstands! *Prerequisites include pass-offs from Handstands - Level 1.

Special Instructions

Wear tight fitted clothing that allows ease of movement without falling down or getting in your way during practice. Darker colored bottoms can provide additional coverage. Supportive underwear is helpful for comfort. Higher tops are best when additional support is needed.
