Body Electrical Muscle Stimulation (WB EMS) training is the
evolution of fitness!


WB20 WB EMS personal training burns calories and
strengthens muscles without placing stress on soft tissues and
joints. It is perfect for the actively aging, those with joint
degeneration or pain as well as improving functional fitness. EMS
uses carefully controlled, highly targeted electrical impulses to
cause muscle contractions.
Impulses are delivered via an FDA approved
device. Electrodes in the suit are positioned above muscle groups.
The stimulated contractions are very similar to the actual
movements of muscles during cardio, conditioning and strengthening
exercises.
