Ages 7–10 Program: Parisi Jump Start Focus: Building a Strong Athletic Foundation The Parisi Jump Start Program is designed to lay the groundwork for long-term athletic development. Led by certified Parisi Performance Coaches, this program uses proven methods and the latest research to help young athletes improve coordination, sprint technique, and foundational strength—all in a fun, supportive environment that keeps them engaged and motivated. Athletes will learn focal points and work on improving 3 main categories of speed: Acceleration, Top Speed, Multi-Directional Speed (Agility, Deceleration, Change-of-Directino) While the training is serious, the atmosphere is energetic and age-appropriate, allowing athletes to build confidence as they build skills. Jump Start helps improve: Coordination and motor control Running form and first-step quickness Bodyweight strength and flexibility Injury prevention and body awareness Healthy habits and self-confidence Speed is a skill that can be taught—and the earlier it’s learned, the better. Jump Start is the first step for any young athlete ready to move with purpose and train like a pro.
