Semi-Private Training (Ages 14 - 23) Our Semi-Private Training program is designed for athletes ages 12 and older who want individualized coaching in a small group setting. With a maximum of up to 4 athletes per session, each athlete receives a fully customized training plan tailored to their goals, performance evaluation results, and health history. Whether you're building foundational strength, returning to play post-physical therapy, or preparing for high-level competition, our certified Parisi Speed School coaches provide expert guidance, real-time feedback, and purposeful regressions and progressions as needed in every session. Program Includes: Comprehensive performance evaluation Individualized training plan updated regularly Low coach-to-athlete ratio (max 1:4) Targeted power, speed and strength development Monthly KPI tracking for progress reports
