Ages 11–18 Program: Parisi Total Performance Focus: Foundational Development to Maximize Athletic Performance The Parisi Total Performance Program is our signature training experience for athletes ages 11 to 18. This stage is critical for athletic development, and our program delivers maximum improvement through science-backed methods, expert coaching, and structured progressions that emphasize speed, strength, and injury prevention. Led by certified Parisi Performance Coaches, each session targets a specific area of development to ensure balanced and measurable progress: Linear Speed: Acceleration and top-end sprint mechanics using Parisi’s proven sprint techniques. Multi-Directional Speed: Agility, deceleration, curvi-linear speed and the ability to change direction with precision and control. This program builds on an athlete’s physical foundation and refines their skills in order for them to maximize power production as athletes are experiencing possible growth-related issues. Athletes learn our 5 stage warm-up / movement prep, and recovery methods that reduce injury risk and enhance long-term performance. Research shows that ages 11–18 are the most impactful years for developing speed, strength, and power. Through expert instruction and individualized coaching, this program bridges the gap between potential and performance—turning good athletes into great ones.
