This beginner level class is the perfect place to begin your aerial sling journey. Using low-height aerial hammocks (also called sling), you'll build strength, coordination, and confidence as you learn foundational skills like mounts, footlocks, inversions, and transitions—all with a strong focus on safety and support. We will guide you through making beautiful shapes with your body and help fine tune movements. No experience? No problem. We’ll start close to the ground and gradually guide you upward. Whether you're brand new to movement or just new to the sky, you'll be amazed at what your body can do.
For your safety and comfort, please wear form-fitting clothing that covers the backs of your knees and armpits if possible. Before class, we kindly ask that you remove jewelry such as earrings, necklaces, rings, and watches—these items can get caught in the fabric or equipment. Clothing with hoods or drawstrings is not recommended, as these can also snag during movement. Let’s keep things smooth, safe, and snag-free so you can focus on flying!
