Special Instructions

Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for free movement—we suggest leggings or flowy pants and a fitted or stretchy top. Bare feet or dance slippers are welcome. Feel free to bring a water bottle and a scarf or sash to tie around your hips if you’d like to accentuate your movements (optional but fun!). No experience needed—just come with an open heart and a willingness to move.
