About the Class

THE NEXT STEP AFTER FOUNDATIONS AND BEFORE ELEVATING. MUST TAKE BUNGEE FOUNDATIONS FIRST. This class is all about the skills taught in Foundations and focuses on perfecting your footing, breathing and form of those skills. We recommend completing 2 or 3 classes before moving to Elevate.    IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS: Our bungee equipment can only support a person that is a minimum of 90lbs and maximum of 300lbs. For your safety and liability reasons, clients will be privately weighed at the studio by a staff member before class starts. This is required so you can be attached to the correct number of bungees. If you weigh more than 300 lbs you will not be permitted to take the class and you will not be refunded or credited for your purchase.   WHAT TO WEAR: We recommend wearing two layers of shorts or leggings until you get used to the harness. Some clients wear padded bike shorts for extra comfort! We suggest a fitted top since you will be moving in all directions. Bring some water and be prepared to get sweaty!   COUNTER INDICATIONS: We do NOT recommend bungee if you have had surgery of any kind in the past six months, are pregnant, have chronic pain or a medical condition involving the shoulders, wrists, hands or lower back. If you have any of these conditions or think you may be pregnant, please consult with a physician before signing up for a bungee class. Due to the nature of activity, it is highly recommended you do NOT participate in bungee if you are pregnant. If you have any of these indications Unleash Studio will not allow you to participate in the class without written permission from a doctor.   Please arrive 15 minutes early. We lock the doors when class starts. Our instructor cannot jump in and out of a harness for late participants. Class will begin on time. We will NOT take late arrivals and no refunds will be given. Cancel at least 6 hours prior to class; see Cancellation Policy for more details.   All class attendees must: be 14 years of age of older (17 and under will need parents participation) weigh between 90 and 300 lbs wear tennis shoes / sneakers (these are must, no street shoes allowed on the bungee floor) Not have any major surgeries within the last 6 months Not be pregnant complete and sign our liability waiver   Bring a small towel and water with you for those quick breaks that we will have.   Come prepared to have fun, fly and smile!
