Take a timeout for yourself to get away from the hustle and bustle of the world with a meditation hour. Shavasana is a meditative posture in which one lies on one's back; it's a pose of total relaxation. Unwind from your day/week/month during this session. It's your quiet time to let go of all your stressors and limits. Center and ground yourself to meditative music and sound bowls.  Mats available for attendees; we recommend you bring a blanket as the studio can get a little chilly.
