About meI enjoy designing and implementing programs for those who desire to improve their athletic performance, improve their activities of daily living, or even those who just want to look good for the beach. I’ve competed in collegiate and club sports, and trained for strength/power and bodybuilding alike. I also havepractical experience in training the elderly population.CredentialsI’ve completed 8 internships while getting a 4 year B.S. Degree — half of which have consisted of working in the Lakeland University Exercise Science Laboratory performing undergraduate research on resistance training, plyometrics, and rehabilitation.
