Breath Centered Pilates studio opened in February 2023, offering
group equipment and mat classes, yoga therapy and shiatsu bodywork.
In fall 2024, we opened Studio B, which includes the Aroma Bar to
provide high quality essential oils and natural personal care
products, CoreAlign classes, and a dedicated space for shiatsu and
yoga therapy! Breath Centered is located inside the Mountaineer
Mall along the central hallway. Parking is easy and well-lit. Any

Beginner Pilates Equipment Class

This is a one-time offer for new students.  You can take your first class for only $20.  This option won't last forever!  Offer is limited to Beginner or YUR Back classes with Dee on Sunday at 9:30 or 10:30; Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30; Tuesday at 11:30 or 6:30; or Thursday at 6:00.  Space permitting, pass may also be used for classes with Deb on Monday or Thursday at 12:30, or with Liz on Wednesday at 6:30.
