Would you like to get the benefits of a CoreAlign class--better balance, stronger arms, legs and core, improved coordination and agility--but feel you need something solid to stand, sit or hold onto? This is the place to start. For most exercises you'll be holding onto the wooden ladder while standing on the moving carts and, for others, you'll be on a solid surface with at least one foot or standing, kneeling, sitting or lying down on the floor next to the machine. You will absolutely be building strength, symmetry and balance but need not worry about taking any real falls. Only 3 people per class so your instructor can guide and spot you as needed.
