An intense group workout that combines both cardio and strength/resistance training to tone and tighten from head-to-toe. Although physically demanding, participants of all fitness levels work together to achieve the results they deserve!
Please ensure that you pre-register for this class at least 2 hours in advance. We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellation. Late cancels will result in loss of session. Please bring INDOOR shoes, a water bottle and towel or yoga mat. If you are experiencing any symptoms or feeling unwell; we kindly ask that you stay home.
