About the Class

Our Dynamic Row blends rowing endurance with Functional Fitness. After a short warm up on the rower, we'll move on to two floor blocks and two rowing blocks. Expect steady-state and ladder rowing to build strength and stamina, paired with core, balance, and mobility work on the mat along with guided stretch work.  This is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to boost functional strength, stability, and overall daily performance.
