Hi there! My name is Melanie Montoya and I have been in the Customer Service Industry for 10 years. As an accomplished Customer Service Representative, I thoroughly enjoy using my skills to contribute to a postive, upbeat, and collaborative environment. I am extremely extroverted and love making new connections with others. In addition, I enjoy being outdoors, hiking,  and playing pinball of course!
