Camp Release Form: Please click this link Release Form to print and sign the Camp release form. Please bring it the first day of Camp.  (Only required for first time Campsurf participants. We have extras at the beach if you are unable to print yours) What to Bring: Swimsuit Towel Sunscreen  Packed Lunch and Water Boogie Boards are provided, but campers are welcome to bring their own equipment. Wetsuits are NOT provided for our Beach Camp. Campers are encouraged to bring their own if they like.  Directions: Pick-up and drop-off will be at the south end of the El Porto parking lot in Manhattan Beach. The entrance to the lot is at 45th St. and The Strand. You will see our Campsurf Van at the southernmost point of the parking lot near 38th St.. Click Here for detailed directions.
