Half Day Surf Camp
About the Event
They say the early bird gets the fish! Enjoy the morning conditions in our 9am-12pm camps. Campers will warm up with a stretch and “surf check” before the first surf session. After a quick snack break they will get back out there for a second session where they will surf until it's time for pick up. All first time campers will get a beach lesson before their first surf session. Our surf camps take place at 38th St. in Manhattan Beach, just north of the Rosecrans Ave. Lifeguard Tower. Pick-up and drop-off are at the Campsurf Bus located at the south end of the El Porto Beach parking lot. Camp Release Form: Please click this link Release Form to print and sign the Camp release form. Please bring it the first day of Camp. (Only required for first time Campsurf participants. We have extras at the beach if you are unable to print yours) What to Bring: Swimsuit Towel Sunscreen Packed Lunch and Water Surfboards are provided, but surfers are welcome to bring their own equipment. WETSUITS - Campers are encouraged to bring their own wetsuits. We do have a limited amount of wetsuits campers can use but it is on a first come, first serve basis. Directions: Pick-up and drop-off will be at the south end of the El Porto parking lot in Manhattan Beach. The entrance to the lot is at 45th St. and The Strand.
