Camp Release Form: Please click this link Release Form to print and sign the Camp release form. Please bring it the first day of Camp.  (Only required for first time Campsurf participants. We have extras at the beach if you are unable to print yours) What to Bring: Swimsuit Towel Sunscreen  Packed Lunch and Water Surfboards are provided, but surfers are welcome to bring their own equipment. WETSUITS - Campers are encouraged to bring their own wetsuits. We do have a limited amount of wetsuits campers can use but it is on a first come, first serve basis. For Volleyball Camp we recommend also packing a hat and a pair of socks if the sand is hot in the afternoons. Directions: Pick-up and drop-off will be at the south end of the El Porto parking lot in Manhattan Beach. The entrance to the lot is at 45th St. and The Strand.
