About the Appointment
A compelling, powerful portfolio should spotlight a student as an artist and independent thinker. It should demonstrate their virtuosity, and brilliance. In these sessions, the student will be coached and mentored by the Founder and Curriculum Designer of our school, Olya Losina. Olya has been helping students fine-tune their skill, gain acceptance to college, and win scholarships for three decades. She's a luminary. She's able to take young artists and propel them very quickly into the direction of their artistic dreams. These sessions are designed to help students create a unique body of work that is unlike anyone else's. Olya will help the student demonstrate their authentic artistic voice through a winning portfolio. She'll work with them to develop, design, curate and finalize a body of work which conveys their vision, dexterity, character, personality, style, passion and creative imagination. She'll guide the student in selecting the strongest works, fine-tuning the portfolio <wbr />sequence, choosing titles that enhance each artwork, creating an artist statement that makes an impact, and presenting their work as a professional. The goal is to exceed the portfolio requirements of each college, to help the student stand out among competition.
