Materials: Sketchbook 9x7 inch or any size (make sure that your sketchbook is not spiral bound) Colored pencils Set of brush-markers Ruler Travel-size box of watercolors OPTIONAL: Other paints of your choice (acrylic not recommended): for example, gouache or tempera Flat plastic palette (unless your set already comes with one) Variety of paint brushes: for example, hair and bristle, large and small Pencils, any pencil will do, although our favorite is 4B pencil Printed media (newspapers, magazines, travel fliers, restaurant menu, photographs, playing cards, packaging, tickets, maps) Glue Scissors
