5 Element Experience

About the Appointment

This immersive two-hour session is a multi-sensory journey designed to support balance, relaxation, and energetic coherence through the lens of the Five Elements. We begin with an extended Bio-Well energy reading, offering a detailed snapshot of your current energetic state. This scan provides insight into balance, stress patterns, and system coherence, and includes a printed report for reflection and tracking over time. From there, the session flows into Biofield Tuning with frequency tuning forks. These calibrated sound frequencies are gently applied around the body to support release of energetic congestion and invite the nervous system into a calmer, more regulated state. Next, you’ll receive personalized binaural beats sound therapy, layered with red light therapy to support relaxation, cellular support, and nervous system ease. During this phase, LifeWave phototherapy patches are applied to encourage stress reduction and deeper relaxation while the body rests and integrates. After the tuning, a second Bio-Well scan is performed. This post-session scan allows us to observe shifts in energy patterns, offering insight into changes in balance, flow, and overall energetic organization. Together, the before-and-after scans help illustrate how the body responds to sound and energetic support.The session concludes with personalized, structurally charged water, followed by guided integration time—allowing space for stillness, grounding, and reflection so the benefits of the session can settle fully into the body. This treatment is non-invasive and designed as a holistic wellness experience, supporting harmony across mind, body, and energy systems.

Special Instructions

When receiving red light therapy, you should avoid dark colors (black, navy), thick fabrics and tight clothing (like compression wear), as these absorb or block the beneficial light, while light colors (white, light grey) and loose, breathable materials (cotton, linen) allow better penetration for maximum effectiveness, though direct skin exposure is always best.        Clothing is optional, you will have your own private space.      This is different than the infrared sauna and red light therapy.   Food and fluid intake may influence scan results. To ensure optimal accuracy, refrain from eating for at least 2 hours and drinking for 20 minutes prior to your scan.
