Little Yogis A children’s breath, movement & sound meditation class Join us for Little Yogis, a playful and peaceful class designed to help children explore breath, movement, mindfulness, and sound in a gentle, age-appropriate way. Children will be guided through simple breath awareness, three child-friendly sun salutations, a short meditation, and a calming sound meditation with bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and other soothing instruments. After listening, children will also have time to gently explore the instruments themselves — practicing kind hands, listening ears, and mindful sound-making. This class supports body awareness, emotional regulation, focus, creativity, confidence, and calm. Children do not need any prior yoga or meditation experience. They are invited to move, breathe, listen, rest, and discover at their own pace. Little Yogis is a welcoming space where children practice mindfulness, kindness toward themselves, each other, the space, and the instruments.
