Studio Fit Miami is a family friendly fitness and dance studio
that focuses on Pilates, Yoga and Dance classes for both adults and
children, as well as weekend activities for the family and special
celebrations (i.e., choreography of the month). In our studio, our
clients enjoy a fusion of these 3 disciplines as easy as selecting
the class from our wide schedule vs having to go to 3 different
studios. Every class is different and challenging according to its
level. We also offer fusion classes based on these disciplines
using special low impact equipment and gadgets (i.e., jump board,
Barre and TRX based Pilates class).
Studio Fit is a family-owned company, and its concept is to
bring the family together with fun activities. Michelle Roques is
an Industrial Engineer, with a Masters in Human Resources from
Nova Southeastern University, and over 15 years of experience
working in HR for a software corporation. She is a fitness
enthusiast. Javier Roques is also an Industrial Engineer, with an
MBA from University of Florida, and over 20 years of experience in
Business Modeling, Operations and Financial Optimization for the
technology sector, both in corporate and startups. 
We have been together for over 16 years, and have two children,
Liam (5 years old), and Emma (4 years old). This concept was
created as we experienced first hand the lack of family friendly
fitness offerings, especially in one single studio. The idea is to
divide the schedule for adult only and adult + child classes,
so the whole family can enjoy the space. All children class will
require a parent/guardian to be present. We will have different
membership offers and class packages.
