Annika Rader

Songbirds Music, Art, & Dance Center

Annika Rader is from Cincinnati, Ohio and has spent the past 15 years learning, performing, and teaching dance. Annika has a degree in forensic science from Eastern Kentucky University, where they were a choreographer and president of Dance Theatre from 2021-2023. They also served in multiple roles in the theater on campus. Annika moved to Orlando to pursue a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Central Florida. Annika is well versed in many styles, including lyrical, contemporary, ballet, tap, jazz, and musical theatre from her universities as well as Maria's School of Dance, which served as the foundation for her training in dance. Annika is excited to be joining Songbirds as an instructor and bringing her love of dance to as many people as possible!
