Experience the amazing benefits of a 32-unit Light System while you lie back, relax and sleep in one of our zero-gravity chairs or recliners.
Special Instructions
It is important to hydrate before, during and after your session. Please wear comfortable clothes and refrain from wearing any perfumes, lotions or essential oils. We provide ear plugs, water, and blankets for your session. We also have sleep eye masks available for purchase. Feel free to bring your own. Please leave your cell phone in your car or in the supplied locker, as cell phones are prohibited during day sessions. It is also important to detoxify after your session with a detox bath.
