About the Appointment
Our “Signature Celebration” Package is the ultimate package for parents who want to enjoy a stress-free celebration. Simply share your child’s theme with us, and we’ll take care of everything. From setup to clean-up, we’ve got you covered, so you can focus on enjoying the special day with your child and guests. Package Includes: Private Facility Use: Enjoy 2 hours of exclusive access to our play area, café seating, and classroom for your birthday celebration. We will NOT be open to the public during your event. Guest Capacity: Invite grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, neighbors, anyone! You can reach up to 75 people (any combination of adults and children). Decor: We will provide disposable tablecloths, balloon centerpieces, and our signature backdrop for photos. Food: Feel free to bring your own catering or let us handle pick-up and set-up from our preferred caterer and neighbor, Salvatore’s. We will provide water and lemonade for all guests. Birthday Hosts: You only need to invite your guests and ensure waivers are signed. We’ll handle the rest, including setup, clean-up, and making sure everything runs smoothly, as you’ll have two STEMspot team members on-site to help you! Party Format: All our STEMspot Signature packages follow the schedule of 1.5 hours of open play followed by the last 30 minutes in the café and classroom areas only. During those last 30 minutes, you can serve food/cut cake/take photos, etc. Guests will not be permitted back in the play area for the last half hour. Add-Ons and Extras: Elevate the experience with fun add-ons to create the perfect party atmosphere. With the “STEMspot Signature Celebration” Package, all you have to do is show up, celebrate, and make unforgettable memories with your child! How to Book Your “STEMspot Signature Celebration” Package: Reserve Your Date: Pay $200 at time of booking to reserve your date/time. Customize Your Party: After your deposit, you'll receive an email with a form to select your birthday party package & add-ons as well as any customizations. Event Link: We'll create a custom event link that you can include in your invitations so guests can complete waivers in advance. Confirmation: We’ll confirm your party details 5 days before the party: this will include informing you of any missing waivers and confirming all add-ons and customizations. Party Time: Arrive and enjoy your celebration! Final Payment: Settle the remaining balance (plus any add-ons) with your card on file or another accepted payment method.
