About the Appointment
Private space rental of 2 hours for up to 12 children (can accomodate up to 25-28 with extra child fee) and unlimited adults. We supply paper goods & tablecloths (single color), 2 Shakespeare's pizzas cooked in house, fruit/veggie tray, juice boxes, 18 cupcakes, tea & lemonade. You bring the festive decor to round out this party experience! Coffee/espresso available for host tab or guest purchase. Check out our PARTY CATALOG for ideas/inspiration and add ons! Please note all parties will have a 15% automatic gratuity added at final balance (estimated $44.85 for Suburbs party) *Mon/Wed/Fri night parties can be moved to anytime after 3pm if a later time is desired we can adjust timing after booking*

IMPORTANT Info: Your package includes: 2 hour private rental, help set up (30 minutes prior no earlier) clean up, party host/ barista, all paper goods and tablecloths (solid color), 2 pizzas (Shakespeares frozen cooked in house), a fruit or veggie tray, tea/lemonade & honest juice or capri suns, plates & 18 cupcakes. Deposit is NONREFUNDABLE & cancellations within 2 weeks of party incur an additional $50 cancellation fee (reschedule available-w/ deposit applied) Coffee, espresso, and snacks available for purchase by guests or on a tab. Add-ons must be finalized 7 days prior to event in order to avoid $25 change fee. You may bring in any additional food, drink, or decor (no alcohol). Limited amount of ice available-freezer space available Birthday table requires 2-3 tablescloths and food/drink tables 1-2 Absolutely nothing is to be adhered to walls (curtain rod and hooks available at 7 feet to hang backdrop) If you have lots of decor-drop off during open play before party labeled with name and we can get a head start on decorating If you have a special playlist we can allow use of bluetooth speaker Please exit party promptly to avoid incurring an “additional 30 min” charge All guests must have SOCKS and WAIVER (completed upon client registration on desktop or app) Socks may be purchased on site Waiver can be signed from client account or on-site We are a PARENT supervised facility-supervision still required during parties No adult limit or charge Extra children (up to 28) can be added with extra child charge day of party on final invoice Final payment due day of party Required automatic gratuity of 15% of final party invoice (Estimated Suburbs gratuity $44.85) Please email: parties@tinyplaycafe.com or call 573-554-5960 with any questions.
